Last updated: 01 December 2025
Chapter 1 – Scope of Services
Mohamed provides private personal training services by appointment only. Training sessions are delivered on a one-to-one basis and may take place at the client’s private gym, residential gym, or at approved commercial gyms, subject to access and availability.
Chapter 2 – Packages, Pricing & Payment
All training packages must be paid in full and in advance prior to the commencement of any sessions.
Packages are sold as bundles of sessions and are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-shareable
- Valid only for the individual named at booking
Single sessions are available at the trainer’s discretion and do not override package policies.
Chapter 3 – First Session & Fit Policy
The first session includes an initial assessment and training session.
If, after the first session only, the client genuinely feels that the service is not the right fit, the remaining balance may be refunded minus the value of one single session.
No refunds are provided once more than one session has been completed.
Chapter 4 – Package Validity & Pausing
Training packages must be used within the following validity periods:
- 8-session packages: valid for 6 weeks
- 12-session packages: valid for 8 weeks
Pausing a package is permitted only by prior agreement and for valid reasons such as illness or travel. Unused sessions may expire if not scheduled and completed within the validity period.
Chapter 5 – Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
- Missed sessions or no-shows
will be charged in full and deducted from the package.
Chapter 6 – Session Timing & Lateness
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
- Late arrival by the client does not extend the session duration
- Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments
If Mohamed is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, session time will be adjusted accordingly.
Chapter 7 – Gym Access & Fees
Mohamed is an independent personal trainer and is not employed by or affiliated with any gym.
If training takes place at a commercial gym (including Warehouse Gym or similar facilities):
- The client is responsible for their own gym membership or day pass
- Gym access fees are not included in training packages
Mohamed holds his own personal gym membership and may train clients at approved gyms where permitted.
Chapter 8 – Health, Injuries & Medical Disclosure
Clients confirm that they are physically fit to participate in personal training.
It is the client’s responsibility to:
- Disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to training
- Obtain medical clearance where required
Mohamed is not liable for injuries sustained during or after training sessions where relevant information was not disclosed.
Chapter 9 – Results Disclaimer
Results vary from person to person and depend on multiple factors including consistency, effort, nutrition, lifestyle, and adherence to guidance.
No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
Chapter 10 – Trainer Availability
While every effort is made to maintain consistency, sessions are subject to trainer availability.
In cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.
Chapter 11 – Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Mohamed reserves the right to refuse or terminate training services if:
- Sessions are repeatedly missed
- Instructions are consistently ignored
- Behaviour is disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
Chapter 12 – Limitation of Liability
Training is undertaken at the client’s own risk.
Mohamed shall not be held liable for:
- Injuries resulting from improper execution outside of supervised sessions
- Injuries caused by undisclosed medical conditions
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
Chapter 13 – Media & Testimonials (Optional)
Any photos, videos, or testimonials used for marketing purposes will only be shared with the client’s explicit consent.
Chapter 14 – Force Majeure
Mohamed shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, gym closures, travel restrictions, or government regulations.
Chapter 15 – Acceptance of Terms
By booking and paying for personal training services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
